To help us review your request quickly, kindly include your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product and packaging.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item or store assistance depending on the situation. Please note that damaged-item claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.
To qualify for assistance, the item must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to decline claims that show signs of misuse, wear, or damage caused after delivery.
Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered during checkout are accurate.
